Tracking numbers are provided for every package.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW PIECE?
Hanging a painting in front of a window with direct sunlight is not advisable. Some encaustic colours may tend to become cloudy over time. If this occurs, simply rub the surface with a soft cotton cloth or a nylon stocking. Over time the surface remains its gloss as the wax medium continues to cure and harden up to 3 years.
ARE customs and Duty Fees Included in the prices?
Customs and duty fees are not included in my prices. I cannot waive or refund these duty fees, as they are dependent upon your local regulation and are taxed on a national level. You may wish to contact your local customs department before you place your order to further clarify duty and customs fees.
what If I Refuse my Package due to customs fees being too High, will I get a refund ?
If you refuse a package at the time of delivery and chose not to pay the duty and customs fees, you will not be eligible for a refund.
What is your Return Policy?
The return guarantee is not eligble for prints only originals.
If you are returning the piece as a result of buyers remorse, then you are held responsible for the return shipping costs.
From the time you receive your original artwork from the courier, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.
I also require all returned artwork to be shipped out within five (5) days after confirming that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased and are not fully satisfied, you have:
- Seven (7) days to contact me about your intent to return the work
- Five (5) days from the day you contacted me to ship out the artwork. ***Do not ship the artwork before contacting me *** Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials
If you do not notify me of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 5 days of notifying me, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
Once the piece is recieved, I will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded t (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your return.
WHAT to do if the artwork arrives Damaged?
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your delivery date, please email jannet.haitas@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged artwork.
Step 2 - Save original packaging!
Step 3 - I will contact you to discuss next steps.
